Help you put together an online marketing Plan and site outline. 

You need to make this plan.  If  you've never made an online marketing plan, you need someone with experience to help you do it.

Don't pay an agency to make this plan.  If an agency makes the plan AND executes it, they just might push more of the tactics that are profitable for them.

Once we have a plan, we can get proper proposals from agencies and/or individuals to execute the work. 

You and I create a project plan that is easy to understand, measure and execute! It clearly identifies your online marketing objectives.

 

 
 
Pick the right solution for your needs.

This means choosing everything from your content management software to finding the right agency and/or individuals for the project.  

For bigger projects, finding the right team is a critical decision.  You need an experienced coach to help you do this. 

I know the processes.  I know the lingo.  I know how long certain tasks should take from writers, programmers and designers. I know what to look for when reviewing their previous work.  I will ask their references the right questions. 

If you're clueless, the agency will take advantage of you.  I've seen it too many times.  We don't want to hire anyone like that.

If your needs are small, we won't have to find an agency... it will be just you and me, and a whole lot of cool "out of the box" web marketing services.  (Mainly from Google.  Gosh, I love Google.)

You must have a manager on your team to oversee the execution of the plan  

Projects are really exciting when a  client first hires an agency, but then when the execution begins, the agency folks never seem to be as accessible as they were before you signed a contract. 

Without proper management, you'll never see that good-looking account exec who sold you on the deal.  The CEO who came to the presentation doesn't have a clue about what three design options you were given, nor that they were delivered two weeks behind schedule.  Remember, these people were in full-on Sales Mode when you fell in love with their work! 

You need a representative who understands the many different elements of executing an online marketing plan so there are less problems during the execution of the project.

We speak via telephone.  I can watch your screen and guide you where to move and click as you learn, or you can watch my screen and direct me as I update your site, campaigns, or other online services.

Since 1990 I have developed and executed marketing and advertising plans for services and products that range from local to global, online to offline, and common to unique.

In the last 11 years I have created and managed online marketing plans, conceiving and directing the development of website architecture, content, programming, design, and online advertising campaigns.

(I waited a few tables and played a few rock shows along the way too.)
